For EAP services, in accordance with our contractual obligations to your employer, we also collect your personal information to enable the provision of confidential and de-identified reporting (as requested) in relation to organisational trends relating to the health and wellbeing services we provide.
When do we collect personal information?
We collect personal information when you:

- subscribe to a service or newsletter, or
- correspond with us – Call or email
For example, when you sign up to receive a service or newsletter, we will collect your email address, or when you fill in the change of details form, you submit personal information such as name, address and contact details.

We will not release your information to any third party except where required to or permitted to by law, where you have authorised us to do so, or where disclosure is connected to the purposes for which the information was collected. PMW website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how people use our site. This analytical tool uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your computer’s internet address or IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google outside of Australia. The tracking data is then used by Google to compile statistical reports on website activity for Lara Ryan Psychology to evaluate site use.
